What this site is
velioram is an editorial guide. It describes places and pairs each one with a reason to be there. It is not a travel agent, a tour operator or a booking service. We hold no availability, take no reservations and receive no commission from any property named here.
Accuracy
Entries are written from open sources, including property websites, design and architectural publications, and public park, transport and council information. Details change without notice. Every page of pairs carries the month at which it was accurate to the best of our knowledge, and we give no warranty that any detail is current at the time you read it.
Not advice
Nothing here is advice to buy, book or travel, and nothing here is professional advice of any kind. You make your own decisions and your own arrangements directly with the property or operator concerned.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant content or the cost of doing so.
