Who we are

What we collect

Contact form: the name, email address, subject and message you type, plus the fact that you ticked the consent box. Mailing list: the name and email address you give us, and the date you joined.

Server logs: our host records the requested address, the time, the response code, the referring page, the user agent and a truncated IP address. These logs are technical and are kept for [retention period], then deleted.

Why we collect it

Form data is used to answer you and, where you send a correction, to check and fix what we published. Mailing list data is used to send the monthly note and nothing else. Logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Consent

You give consent by ticking the box on the form or by subscribing. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [privacy@velioram.com], and every mailing carries an unsubscribe link.

No analytics and no tracking

We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party cookies. We set only the cookies that are technically necessary to serve the site. We do not build profiles and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Hosting and contractors
